Power of attorney; termination, conviction of agent for certain offenses.

Abstract

Termination of power of attorney; convictionof agent for certain offenses. Provides that a power of attorneyterminates when, subsequent to the execution of the power of attorney,the agent is convicted of a crime wherein the principal is the victimof such offense.
