Abstract

Workers' compensation; presumption of compensabilityfor certain diseases. Provides that the occupational diseasepresumption for death caused by hypertension or heart disease willapply for full-time sworn members of the Department of Motor VehiclesLaw Enforcement Division who have at least five years of service.
