Abstract

Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship ProgramFund; unused funds; Enslaved Ancestors College Access Scholarshipand Memorial Program benefits. Requires any moneys remainingin the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Program Fund, includinginterest thereon, at the end of each fiscal year to be distributedin equal parts to each of the five public institutions of highereducation that are required to implement and execute the EnslavedAncestors College Access Scholarship and Memorial Program (the Program)for the sole purpose of providing the tangible benefit that is requiredto be provided pursuant to the Program. Current law requires such moneys to remain in the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship ProgramFund.
