Abstract

Employment; anti-harassment training requirement.Requires each employer with five or more employees, includingthe Commonwealth and its political subdivisions, to provide trainingregarding sexual harassment and workplace discrimination by January1, 2023. The bill includes specific training requirements for supervisoryand nonsupervisory employees, seasonal and temporary employees whoare hired to work for less than six months, and migrant and seasonalagricultural workers. The training required under the bill must be provided by an educator or human resources professional and mustinclude a method for employees to electronically save a certificateof completion. The bill requires the Department of Labor and Industryto make online training courses available on its website by January1, 2023.
