Abstract

Virginia Freedom of Information Act; definitions; meeting. Changes the definition of "meeting" for purposes ofthe Virginia Freedom of Information Act to mean an assemblage ofat least a quorum of the members of a public body. Under currentlaw, a meeting is defined as an assemblage of as many as three membersor a quorum, if less than three members, of a public body.
