Department of General Services; adjustment of boundary lines of surplus property. Provides that the Department of General Services may determine that a boundary line of surplus property is in need of adjustment and may work with landowners to make such adjustment. The bill provides that the Department may determine that a grant or acceptance of an easement may facilitate such adjustment and may enter into such easement in a form approved by the Attorney General and subject to the written approval of the Governor. The bill also makes changes regarding the notice of sale of surplus property.
