Insurance; obsolete provisions and notice. Removesan exception to the regulation of insurance rates by the State Corporation Commission relating to certain automobile bodily injury and propertydamage liability insurance policies. The bill removes provisionsrequiring the Commission to mail a copy of certain orders regardingmotor vehicle insurance forms to insurers and rate service organizationsand instead requires the Commission to provide notice of such orders.Finally, the bill repeals a provision requiring that coverage of airtripaccident policies extend in certain cases to connecting or returningplanes.
