Abstract

Department of Health; pilot program; impactof community health assessments and community health improvement plans on the health of residents of the Commonwealth; report.Directs the Department of Health to conduct a pilot program to evaluatethe impact of community health assessments and community health improvement plans on the health of residents of the Commonwealth and to reportannually by December 1 to the Governor and the Chairmen of the HouseCommittee on Health, Welfare and Institutions and the Senate Committeeon Education and Health regarding the pilot program and any changesin public resulting from the implementation of the pilot program.
