Governor; powers and duties, limitation on duration of executive orders.

Abstract

Powers and duties of Governor; limitation onduration of executive orders. Limits the duration of any executive rule, regulation, or order issued by the Governor to the completionof the Governor's term in office. Under current law, once issued,such executive orders are effective until June 30 following the nextadjournment of the regular session of the General Assembly. The billcontains technical amendments.
