Minimum wage; removes certain provisions relating to increasing state wage.

Abstract

Minimum wage. Repeals certain provisionsof the Code of Virginia related to increasing the state minimum wageto more than $11.00 per hour. The bill also repeals provisions relatedto increasing the state minimum wage based on an annual adjusted minimum wage determined by the Department of Labor and Industry.
