Abstract

Wrongful death; death of the parent or guardianof a child resulting from driving under the influence; child support.Provides that any action for death by wrongful act where the defendant,as a result of driving a motor vehicle or operating a watercraftunder the influence, unintentionally caused the death of anotherperson who was the parent or legal guardian of a child, the personwho has custody of such child may petition the court to order thatthe defendant pay child support.
