Campaign finance; prohibits contributions from persons that are not individuals.

Abstract

Elections; campaign finance; contributions frompersons that are not individuals; source of funds reporting requirements.Prohibits any person that is not an individual from making any contributionin excess of $20,000 that is not a bundled contribution composedof amounts attributable to individual donors to a candidate, campaign committee, political action committee, political party committee,referendum committee, or inaugural committee. The bill also prohibitsthe acceptance of any such contribution. Any such committee that accepts bundled contributions is required to report the completeidentifying information of all the individual contributors whosecontributions compose the bundled contribution, regardless of theamount of the bundled contribution attributed to any such individual.
