Disabled veterans; special hunting and fishing licenses.

Abstract

Special hunting and fishing license for disabledveterans; 50 percent disabled. Authorizes any resident veteranwho has a service-connected disability of 50 percent or more to receiveat no cost from the Department of Wildlife Resources a lifetime licenseto hunt and freshwater fish. Current law authorizes the provisionof such license at no cost to a veteran who is totally and permanentlydisabled and at half-cost to a veteran who is 70 percent disabled.
