Commonwealth Transit Ridership Fund; creation.Creates the Commonwealth Transit Ridership Fund as a component ofthe Transportation Trust Fund to pay for free and reduced publictransit fares throughout the Commonwealth. Any revenues generatedby the retail sale of marijuana and marijuana products is depositedinto the Fund. The bill does not become effective unless the retailsale of marijuana and marijuana products is legalized.
