Technology Development Grant Fund created.Creates the Technology Development Grant Fund to make grant paymentsto a qualified technology company that makes a capital investmentof at least $64 million at a facility in Fairfax County and createsat least 1,500 new full-time jobs at the facility. A qualified technologycompany would be eligible for an aggregate of $22.5 million in grantspaid over four years if it meets performance parameters and complieswith the terms of a memorandum of understanding agreed upon by thecompany, the Commonwealth, and the Virginia Economic DevelopmentPartnership Authority.
