Abstract

Donated human breast milk; payment of medicalassistance. Directs the Board of Medical Assistance Servicesto include a provision for the payment of medical assistance forpasteurized donated human breast milk acquired from a licensed humanbreast milk bank and provides for the licensure and regulation ofhuman breast milk banks by the Department of Health.
