Abstract

Advanced recycling; definition. Defines"advanced recycling" as a manufacturing process for the conversionof post-use polymers and recovered feedstocks into basic hydrocarbonraw materials and other materials. The bill also defines "gasification,""post-use polymer," and other terms related to advanced recycling.
