Abstract

Virginia Public Procurement Act; determinationof responsibility; local option to include criteria in Invitationto Bid. Allows localities to include in the Invitation to Bidcriteria that may be used in determining whether any bidder, notjust any bidder who is not prequalified by the Virginia Departmentof Transportation as under current law, is a responsible bidder.
