Electronic gaming machines; municipal taxation.

Abstract

Municipal taxation of electronic gaming machines. Authorizes any city or town that has general taxing authority underthe Uniform Charter Powers Act to impose a tax at a rate not to exceed 10 percent of the amount paid to play an electronic gaming machine,as defined in the bill.
