Abstract

Surrogacy contracts; provisions requiring or prohibiting abortion or selective reduction unenforceable. Provides that any provision of a surrogacy contract requiring or prohibiting an abortion or selective reduction is against the public policy of the Commonwealth and is void and unenforceable.
