Alcoholic beverage control; tied house exception. Allows wholesale licensees to enter into sponsorship or advertisingcontracts with annual mixed beverage motor sports facility licenseeswho operate food concessions at an outdoor motor sports road racingclub facility that is located on 1,200 acres of rural property borderingthe Dan River and has a track surface of 3.27 miles in length.
