Abstract

Alcoholic beverage control; privileges of local special events licensees. Changes the provision limiting local special events licenses from 12 to 16 special events per year, and provides that the duration of any special event shall not exceed three consecutive days. This bill is identical to SB 689.

Alcoholic beverage control; privileges of localspecial events licensees. Allows a local special events licenseto be issued to a local historic district that has been designatedby a locality. The bill removes the provision limiting local specialevents licenses to 12 special events per year.
