Habitual offenders; decreases penalty for driving while intoxicated.

Abstract

Habitual offenders; driving while intoxicated. Decreases the penalty for driving while intoxicated while a habitualoffender revocation is in effect, provided that such driving doesnot endanger the life, limb, or property of another, from a felonywith a mandatory minimum of one year confinement to a Class 1 misdemeanorwith a mandatory minimum of 10 days confinement.
