Traffic incident management vehicles; exempt from certain regulations.

Abstract

Traffic incident management vehicles. Addstraffic incident management vehicles, defined in the bill, operatedby persons who meet certain training requirements to a list of vehiclesexempt from certain traffic regulations at or en route to the sceneof a traffic accident or similar incident. The bill also allows suchvehicles to be equipped with sirens and flashing red or red and whitesecondary warning lights. This bill was incorporated into HB 983.
