Human trafficking; DCJS to develop training.

Abstract

Department of Criminal Justice Services; powersand duties; human trafficking training. Directs the Departmentof Criminal Justice Services, under the direction of the Criminal Justice Services Board, to develop an online course to train hotelproprietors on recognizing the signs of human trafficking and howto respond appropriately. The bill also defines "hotel" and "hotelproprietor."
