Abstract

Financial institutions; liability when instructionsof attorney-in-fact disregarded. Provides that neither an individualnor his attorney-in-fact is liable to repay a loan made by a financialinstitution to the individual when the individual's attorney-in-facthas requested or instructed the financial institution not to lendfunds to the individual and the financial institution loans moneyto the individual in disregard of the request or instruction.
