Abstract

Commercial motor vehicles; use of specific global positioning systems. Requires certain commercial motor vehiclesto be equipped with global positioning systems (GPS) specificallydesigned for such vehicles. The bill requires the GPS to be usedunless the vehicle is being operated on the interstate.
