Unpaid tolls; toll facility operators authorized to mail invoices.

Abstract

Invoice for unpaid tolls; mail. Authorizestoll facility operators to mail invoices for two or more unpaid tollsby first-class mail or certified mail. The bill provides that a rebuttablepresumption that the owner or operator of the vehicle has receivedthe invoice is created if the toll facility operator presents eithera United States postal certificate of mailing or a certificate ofservice confirming such mailing.
