Abstract

Reckless driving; exceeding speed limit. Raisesfrom 80 to 85 miles per hour the speed above which a person who drivesa motor vehicle on the highways of the Commonwealth is guilty of recklessdriving regardless of the applicable maximum speed limit. This billwas incorporated into HB 885.
