Firearms dealer; employees.

Abstract

Employees of a firearms dealer. Provides that no person, corporation, or proprietorship licensed as a firearms dealer shall employ any person who is prohibited from possessing a firearm. Under current law, such restriction is limited to persons employed as a seller for the transfer of firearms.
