Fair Employment Contracting Act; annual training on sexual harassment policy.

Abstract

Fair Employment Contracting Act; sexual harassment policy. Requires contracting agencies that employ more than five employees and that enter into government contracts of over $10,000 to include a provision in the contract requiring the contractor (i) to provide annual training on the contractor's sexual harassment policy to all supervisors and employees providing services in the Commonwealth, except such supervisors or employees that are required to complete sexual harassment training provided by the Department of Human Resource Management, and (ii) to post the contractor's sexual harassment policy in a conspicuous public place in each building located in the Commonwealth owned or leased by the contractor for business purposes and in the contractor's employee handbook.
