Abstract

Workers' compensation; presumption of compensabilityfor certain diseases. Adds cancers of the colon, brain, and testes to the list of cancers that are presumed to be an occupationaldisease covered by the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act when firefightersand certain employees develop the cancer.
