Stormwater Management Fund. Provides thatgrants from a local Stormwater Management Fund may be used for anauthorized local stormwater credit option for Virginia StormwaterManagement Program authorized program administrators as a stormwaterretrofit for any development within the local watershed that predatesthe 2005 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of EnvironmentalQuality best management practice criteria. Currently, the grantsmay only be used for (i) the construction, improvement, or repairof a stormwater management facility or (ii) erosion and sedimentcontrol.
