Public Rights-of-Way Use; fees used for high-speed Internet access in underserved areas.

Abstract

Allocates a portion of Public Rights-of-Way Use fees collected by the Virginia Department of Transportation and certain localities to be used for the deployment and expansion of high-speed Internet services in underserved areas.
