Attorney General, Office of the; representation of members of G.A. for violations of FOIA.

Abstract

Allows the Office of the Attorney General to represent a member of the General Assembly in any civil matter alleging that such member in his official capacity violated the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (ยง 2.2-3700 et seq.). This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council.
