Abstract

Adds fluorinated hydrocarbons or vapors and hydrogenated fluorocarbons to the list of prohibited drugs or noxious chemical substances that a person may deliberately smell or inhale with the intent to become intoxicated, inebriated, excited, or stupefied or to dull the brain or nervous system or that a person may deliberately cause, invite, or induce a person to smell or inhale with the intent to intoxicate, inebriate, excite, stupefy, or dull the brain or nervous system of such person.
