Abstract

Requires all campaign finance reports to itemize each contributor who is not a resident of Virginia and disclose certain information regardless of the amount of the contribution. Current disclosure laws continue to apply for (i) contributions from residents of Virginia that are $100 or less in the aggregate and (ii) contributions that are in excess of $100 in the aggregate, regardless of the residency of the contributor.
