White Oak Technology Park; conveyance of property in Henrico County.

Abstract

Authorizes the Department of Conservation and Recreation to convey certain real property adjacent to the White Oak Technology Park in Henrico County to the Economic Development Authority of Henrico County in return for the grant of an open space easement and the dedication of a natural area preserve on a portion of the White Oak Technology Park property.
