Service of process; county attorney to be served when actions against county officers, etc.

Abstract

Removes the requirement that in an action against a supervisor, county officer, employee, or agent of the county, each member of the county board be served; instead, only the county attorney, or the clerk of the county board if there is no county attorney, and the defendant need to be served.
