Paternity - As enacted, removes the five-year statute of limitations for challenging a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity on the basis of fraud, duress, or mistake of fact; specifies, in regard to the provision whereby a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity signed by a child's mother and biological father constitutes a legal finding of paternity on the individual named as the father of the child in the acknowledgment, that the finding applies when the acknowledgement is signed by an unwed father. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7; Title 36 and Title 68.
