Emergency Communications Districts - As enacted, changes the years, from 2010, 2011, and 2012 to 2021, 2022, and 2023, that the emergency communications board must use to calculate the average of total recurring annual revenue the district received from certain sources for purposes of determining the base amount of funding to distribute to an emergency communications district each year. - Amends TCA Section 7-86-303(e).
