Funeral Directors and Embalmers - As enacted, requires that of the 10 hours of continuing education coursework required for renewal of licensure of funeral directors and embalmers, five of those hours must be attended in person, which means the coursework is either completed in the physical presence of the provider of the coursework or through an interactive virtual program that requires participants to confirm their presence during the program. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 5.
