Constitutional Amendments - Proposes an amendment to Article XI, Section 5 of the Constitution of Tennessee to authorize local boards of education to approve lotteries conducted by nonprofit school support organizations; requires that the net proceeds of the lottery’s revenues be allocated to the local education agency to be used for educational or extracurricular purposes. -
