Energy - As introduced, directs TACIR to study the reliability of the power grid on which this state relies for electricity, including assessing the grid's reliability in extreme weather scenarios, examining precautions taken by municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, and other similar entities to mitigate the potential impact of extreme weather scenarios, and determining whether municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, and other similar entities have the capability of doing an annual assessment of the grid's reliability in extreme weather scenarios. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 10; Title 7; Title 8; Title 65 and Title 68, Chapter 204.
