Litter Control - As introduced, upon receiving a citizen complaint that a person has violated the Litter Control Law, requires the special unit of the Tennessee highway patrol charged with enforcing such law to notify the alleged offender of the Litter Control Law and penalties for violations thereof by certified mail, return receipt requested, rather than by letter. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 39; Title 54; Title 57; Title 62; Title 67; Title 68; Title 69 and Title 70.
