Criminal Offenses - As enacted, creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for the possession of a device, tool, machine, implement, or other item capable of programming a smart key or key fob with the intent to use it or allow it to be used to commit theft. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 14, Part 1 and Title 39, Chapter 14, Part 7.
