Board of Regents - As introduced, requires the board, in consultation with the Tennessee higher education commission, to develop a standardized entrepreneurial program that must be offered at each institution governed by the board to provide an affordable, cost effective training program for students interested in starting a new business. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 8.
