Bail, Bail Bonds - As introduced, specifies that a defendant who is charged with certain offenses and fails to appear or is charged with failure to appear must be placed on any available list or database as a fugitive from justice within 10 days of the failure to appear; declares a surety is not liable for any undertaking if the defendant was not placed on a list or database as required; makes various other changes regarding liability of a surety and bail. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 11.
