Infectious Diseases - As introduced, requires the department of health to seek federal funding to implement programs for the prevention, testing, and treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) for residents of this state, including programs in partnership with community and nonprofit partners; requires the department to annually report to the general assembly certain information about the programs and funding. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
