Education, Higher - As introduced, provides a 25 percent tuition discount to children under 24 years of age whose parent is a full-time employee of a public school or public charter school in a position other than as a teacher, and has been employed by public school or public charter school in this state for at least seven consecutive years. - Amends TCA Title 49.
